Engagements and scope of work
Any project described through this website (via the Contact or Get a Quote forms) is only formalized once both parties agree to a written scope, timeline, and price — typically following a free initial consultation. Nothing submitted through this website obligates either party until that agreement is signed.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise in a signed engagement agreement, all code, designs, and content Revonetics produces for a client under a paid engagement belong to that client. The Revonetics name, logo, and the content of this website itself remain the property of Revonetics (Pvt) Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.
Compliance disclaimer
Where our services reference regulatory frameworks such as HIPAA, GDPR, PCI-DSS, or similar, we design and build with those requirements in mind, but final legal compliance certification for a client's product or business remains the client's responsibility. Revonetics does not act as a compliance auditor or legal advisor.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Revonetics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability relating to a specific paid engagement is governed by that engagement's signed agreement.
