How we store it
Form submissions are delivered directly to our team's inbox via a transactional email provider. We retain correspondence for as long as needed to support an active or prospective engagement, and delete it on request.
Client project data
For active engagements, any client data, code, or content we handle is governed by the terms of that specific engagement and any NDA in place — not by this website's privacy policy. Compliance obligations (e.g. HIPAA, GDPR) for a client's own product remain the client's legal responsibility; we build to support those requirements but do not certify compliance on a client's behalf.
